Are you ready to spice up your career? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Chef to join our vibrant team at Butlin's in Skegness. Here, you’ll have the chance to lead and nurture the skills of our kitchen team in one of our fantastic buffet restaurants!

At Butlin’s, we believe that no seaside trip is complete without great food . Our mission is to provide every guest with an unforgettable dining experience, and as a Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in making that happen.

• Support the Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee daily operations in your section.
• Ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.

This is a 35-hour role , working on a rota of 5 days over 7, including weekends, with pay received fortnightly. Flexibility is key to meet the needs of our business and support your team.

For those relocating to the area, live-in accommodation may be available for candidates over 18, subject to a DBS check.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
• A desire to step up and take on new challenges in the kitchen.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
• Confidence in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A hardworking, reliable attitude with a knack for finding better ways to deliver our brand standards.
