Junior Kitchen Manager (maternity cover)

Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis!

This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for 12 months, where you’ll play a crucial part in our kitchen operations. Reporting to the Senior Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift, ensuring our guests leave with smiles on their faces—because making our guests happy is at the heart of everything we do!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource Planning: Recruit and select the best talent to deliver exceptional service.
• Guest Experience: Monitor and develop action plans focused on continuous improvement.
• Financial Performance: Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health regulations.

Typical working hours: This role is based on 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7am and 3am, depending on the restaurant's opening hours.
