Senior Quality Inspector – Structural

Location: Barrow-In-Furness (Onsite)

Salary: Negotiable (Commensurate with skills and experience)

As a Senior Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our structural projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing complex and specialist quality inspection activities, leveraging your expert knowledge in your specific quality discipline.
• Conducting thorough conditions management and customer walk-round audits.
• Executing quality activities in line with established processes and procedures, while also reviewing and updating them as necessary.
• Utilizing calibrated measuring equipment to verify product tolerances and document any non-conformances.

Essential Qualifications:

• A background in Steelwork, Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in using and training others on relevant technology and tools.
• Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and contract requirements effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Qualified in an appropriate technical discipline or possess equivalent experience in Steelwork.
