Seeking a sharp and analytical Inventory Control Specialist in San Diego, California! If you have a passion for accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, this is the role for you. As our Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our warehouse inventory. This includes performing regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to minimize errors. Your role is crucial for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our overall logistics strategy. We require a strong understanding of inventory management principles and a commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is essential, and all necessary PPE will be provided. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implementing and enforcing inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborating with warehouse operations and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory movements.
- Adhering to all Safety regulations and guidelines.
