Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round

Salary: £27,996.80

Welcome Bonus: £1,000

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering a high standard of professional care and education in a safe and secure environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan a stimulating range of early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development needs.
  • Engage as a professional team member, exhibiting a flexible attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to by all staff.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
  • Enhance the overall daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.

What You Need to Succeed

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification - essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
