Location & Hours
  • Address: Furlong Road, Wooburn Green, SL8 5AE
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (5 days)
  • Salary: £29,660.80 per annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus*
  • Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
  • Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
What You Need

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
