Competitive Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience

The Sales Administrator supports the business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales processes, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication between departments and customers. This role helps optimize sales and business operations and contributes to overall customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Major Responsibilities
Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time
Reconcile accounts and perform monthly software billing
Process Customer Payments
Review Accounts Receivable and follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain and update CRM systems, customer databases, and sales records
Coordinate with sales representatives, finance, and customer support teams
Arrange order shipping
Monitor order status and resolve issues related to deliveries or billing
Assist with contract preparation and documentation management
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
Verify and process vendor invoices for approval and payment
Organize meetings, presentations, and sales materials
Reception duties Field telephone, in person and email enquiries and resolve or forward to appropriate person for resolution.
Ensure office is appropriately stocked and maintained
Other Duties as required
1-3+ years of administrative or sales support experience
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proficiency in Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience using CRM or ERP systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Time management and deadline adherence
