We require a detail-oriented data specialist to extract vessel information from (to be provided) using a provided list of IMO numbers.
You will create your own log into (TBP), search each IMO individually and extract specific data fields relating to vessel status and management details.
Accuracy is critical. The extracted data must match the (TBP) record exactly.
Scope of Work
For each IMO number provided:
1. Log in to (TBP)
2. Go to Advanced Search
3. Paste the IMO number
4. Open the vessel record
5. Extract the following:
Required Data Fields:
• Vessel Status
(Example: In Service / Commission)
• Management Details
Expand the "Management Detail" section and extract:
o Role
o Name of Company
Output Format
You will paste extracted information into a spreadsheet we provide.
Each IMO must be completed in the exact order provided.
If information cannot be found, write "Not Found" — do not leave blanks.
Important Requirements
• Must have experience with structured data extraction
• Must follow instructions precisely
• No automation tools unless discussed beforehand
• High attention to detail
• Strong English comprehension
Volume
Approximately 4,500 IMOs currently being worked on until engagement begins.

• Fixed price quote
• Prior experience with similar projects
Ideal Candidate
Someone methodical, consistent and comfortable performing repetitive structured research without errors.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Microsoft Excel, Data Entry, Data Mining, Data Processing, Online Research
