We are looking for a Junior Technical Implementation & Project Coordinator to join our Implementation team on a permanent basis. This position is open to all of Canada and is fully remote.

The Role: As a Junior Technical Implementation & Project Coordinator at Zaui you will play a key role in ensuring new customers are successfully onboarded and supported as they launch on our platform. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate implementation activities, keep projects on track, and deliver a smooth, well-organized onboarding experience. 
The ideal candidate is someone who's proactive, organized, and enjoys working with both people and systems. You're comfortable juggling multiple projects, communicate clearly, and follow through on what you commit to. Most importantly, you're excited to learn and take pride in helping customers succeed while growing your skills in technical implementation and project coordination.

As a Junior Technical Implementation & Project Coordinator you will:
Implementation & Onboarding Support
  • Support customer implementation projects from initiation to completion, including onboarding, configuration coordination, training scheduling, and go-live preparation.
  • Assist with collecting customer requirements and documenting business needs.
  • Support platform configuration activities according to Zaui implementation standards and processes
  • Coordinate customer training sessions and ensure relevant materials are prepared and shared.
  • Maintain accurate implementation documentation and records using Arrows. 
  • Provide proactive follow-up and support to help customers progress through onboarding milestones.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating resolution of implementation-related issues with internal teams.

Project Management
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate appropriately to leadership or senior team members.
  • Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Sales team for customer follow-ups

Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Maintain and update internal implementation documentation, templates, and checklists.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring onboarding challenges and suggesting enhancements.
  • Support internal knowledge sharing to strengthen implementation best practices.

What You'll Have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, Zendesk, Arrows, or HubSpot.

Our Compensation package includes:
  • In determining salary, Zaui considers many factors including the successful candidate's skillset and experience, as well as, internal equity. The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000, plus quarterly commission.
