The Opportunity
We're looking for an Electrical Fabrication Technician to join our Electrical Engineering & Design team. This is a hands‑on role focused on electrical panel assembly, wiring, testing, and system validation for our industrial mixing and dispensing equipment.
You'll work closely with engineering, production, and R&D — contributing to prototype development, product improvements, and new system builds.
What You'll Do
Electrical Assembly & Fabrication
Build and wire electrical control panels (high/low voltage)
Route and terminate cable harnesses
Use precision tools and fabrication equipment
Testing & Validation
Perform functional and system‑level electrical tests
Support R&D prototypes and design verification
Troubleshoot wiring, electronics, motors, sensors, and drivers
Cross‑Team Support
Assist in system integration with software and mechanical teams
Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Follow safety procedures, documentation, and revision control
Continuous Improvement
Support LEAN and 5S initiatives
Participate in product development and innovation activities
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
Experience with power electronics, circuit protection, grounding
AC/DC motor and motor‑driver knowledge
Familiarity with RS‑232 / RS‑422 / RS‑485
Soldering experience
Able to read electrical schematics confidently
Comfortable with hand tools and precision instruments
Bonus Skills (Assets)
ERP experience (JobBOSS or similar)
CAD experience
Manufacturing or industrial equipment background
LEAN / 5S experience
Soft Skills
Detail‑oriented and quality‑focused
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Safety‑minded
Working Environment
On your feet most of the day
Moderate manufacturing noise
Lifting up to 50 lbs
PPE (safety glasses, steel toes) required
