What You'll Do - Own It All
Property Operations
Take full ownership of day-to-day building operations
Keep properties running safely, efficiently, and to top-notch standards
Oversee all building systems: HVAC, electrical, life safety, and mechanical systems
Manage inspections, service contracts, preventative maintenance, and emergency responses
Coordinate signage, security, parking, and seasonal services like a pro
Tenant Experience
Be the go-to person for all tenant needs and requests
Ensure every issue is resolved quickly and professionally
Lead smooth move-ins, move-outs, and suite turnovers
Build strong relationships to boost tenant retention and satisfaction
Maintenance
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Lead minor capital projects and building upgrades from start to finish
Manage contractors, schedules, and budgets efficiently
Partner with leadership on capital planning initiatives that grow the portfolio
Budget
Contribute to annual operating and capital budgets
Monitor expenses, approve vendor invoices, and keep projects on budget
Partner with accounting to ensure financial accuracy and cost recovery
What You Bring To The Table
3+ years managing multi-tenant commercial properties
Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance
Vendor management, contract oversight, and budget experience
Experience supervising maintenance or operations teams
Familiarity with commercial leases and tenant obligations
Proficiency with property management software & Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
