We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) with manufacturing experience to support financial planning, forecasting, and operational performance analysis. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean, possesses advanced Excel and data analytics skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, cost analysis, margin improvement, and executive reporting, partnering closely with operations and leadership teams.
Overall responsibilities are not limited to but include the following.
Major Responsibilities
Active role in monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Perform detailed variance analysis (volume, price, mix, labor, overhead, standard cost).
Analyze manufacturing KPIs including production efficiency, overhead costs, etc.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations.
Partner with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to improve cost performance.
Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis.
Enhance reporting automation and data analytics capabilities.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (University degree required)
6+ years of FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment
Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
CPA or CMA designation (or in progress)
Strong data analytics capabilities (experience with BI tools a plus)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
