We are looking for a confident, results-driven Online Sales Specialist to conduct video consultations with warm leads and convert them into paying clients. This is not cold calling — prospects are pre-qualified and booked into your calendar.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, handling objections, and closing sales during live video calls.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled video consultations with qualified prospects
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services
Deliver persuasive, structured sales presentations
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Close sales and guide clients through payment and onboarding
Accurately update CRM with call notes and outcomes
Follow up with undecided prospects when necessary
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable selling over Zoom or other video platforms
Excellent objection-handling abilities
Confident, professional, and results-oriented
Experience working with CRM systems
Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work environment)
Ability to build trust quickly with prospects
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience selling coaching, recruiting, marketing, SaaS, or consulting services
Experience in a closing-only role
Track record of exceeding revenue targets
Compensation
Base + Commission (high earning potential)
Performance-based incentives
Top performers can earn $5,000+ per month with 30 hours weekly
