Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients troubleshoot issues and maximize their investment in D3's technology.
Communicate clearly and proactively to maintain strong customer relationships throughout the solution lifecycle.
Share knowledge and mentor peers to elevate team performance.

Proven ability to engage directly with customers in demos, workshops, or solution design sessions.
Coding/scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
In-depth understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Unix/Windows administration, Active Directory, firewalls, IAM, vulnerability scanning, EDR, or secure coding.
Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and common services (web, mail, FTP).
Experience with SOC technologies such as IDS/IPS, DLP, DAM, or SIEM platforms.
