The Opportunity – Shape the World Around You Join our Land Development team in Ontario, where your work will help shape complete communities, resilient infrastructure, and the spaces where people live, work, and connect. This role blends design excellence with practical problem‑solving and offers the opportunity to contribute to transformative development projects across the province.
Your Impact
  • Design civil siteworks for residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects, supporting functional, preliminary, and detailed design stages.
  • Prepare grading plans, service layouts, storm and sanitary drainage designs, and site servicing drawings that support safe, sustainable community growth.
  • Produce technical drawings, digital terrain models, and calculations that directly influence municipal approvals and construction readiness.
  • Apply engineering standards, development guidelines, and municipal requirements to create compliant, buildable designs.
  • Collaborate with planners, surveyors, environmental specialists, and senior engineers to deliver integrated, innovative project solutions.
  • Support report preparation, cost estimates, tender packages, and design documentation that advance multi‑disciplinary projects.
  • Contribute to field reviews, site evaluations, and construction support activities to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Experience supporting land development, municipal engineering, or site development projects through hands‑on design and drafting work.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (grading, corridors, pipe networks) and an interest in expanding into additional modeling and analysis tools.
  • Understanding of municipal engineering standards, subdivision design processes, stormwater management concepts, and site servicing principles.
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments and meeting all safety requirements.
  • Motivated to contribute to community‑shaping projects and grow your technical and design capabilities.

Compensation
  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $66,700 – $88,400
  • MB & ON: $60,900 – $83,800
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $60,300 – $80,000
