Location: Santa Rosa, CA / In-Office
Schedule: Friday - Tuesday
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $25.00 Per Hour

Armorous is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Dispatcher to support our Operations team. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating coverage, and responding quickly to changing security needs to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Create and maintain employee schedules

• Coordinate shift changes and emergency coverage

• Communicate schedule updates and operational changes

• Maintain accurate staffing records

• Adjust staffing to meet operational needs

• Provide backup support for site checks and shift coverage when needed

• Dispatch, scheduling, or workforce coordination experience (security industry preferred)

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or GED required

• Prior security, dispatch, or operations experience preferred

• Experience with scheduling software is a plus

• Valid BSIS Guard Card

• Current with BSIS Compliance and can provide the following:
  • 8-Hour Initial Training Certificate
  • 32-Hour Continuing Education Certificates
  • Most recent 8-Hour annual refresher course certificate
