Junior Kitchen Manager

Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis!

In this exciting role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a vital part in running our kitchen. You’ll lead a dynamic team of up to 10 team members per shift, ensuring that our guests leave with smiles on their faces. Your mission? To keep our guests at the heart of every operational decision!

• Support the kitchen operations and team leadership.
• Focus on resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team.
• Monitor guest experiences and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.

Typical working hours: This role is based on 40 hours per week , across 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7am - 3am , depending on the restaurant's opening hours.

• Qualified: Hold a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

In this role, you’ll also manage margins, control costs, and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
