We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders. Responsibilities include accurately picking products, ensuring quality packaging, and preparing orders for delivery. This position demands a high level of accuracy, speed, and a strong commitment to safety. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. We emphasize the importance of adherence to all safety procedures and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders according to pick lists or scanner prompts.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure correct product matches order specifications.
- Package products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to all safety standards.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy metrics.
- Demonstrate safe Lifting techniques and practices.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dedication to upholding high standards in logistics and fulfillment.
