Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
  • Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Efficiently pick customer orders using scanning devices and prepare them for packing and shipping.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection and correct labeling.
  • Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
  • Operate various warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, after proper certification.
  • Participate actively in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
  • Wear and maintain all required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and footwear.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics .
  • Perform tasks requiring regular physical exertion and frequent Lifting .

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics .
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with good communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and wear necessary PPE .
