This role is fundamental to our warehouse's efficiency, involving the handling of goods from receipt through to dispatch. You will be responsible for a range of duties including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Load and unload merchandise from trucks.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to safety standards.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times in designated areas.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics .
  • Lift and move items as required, following safe lifting techniques.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve frequent Lifting , bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of PPE use is expected.
