Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and identify trends.
- Develop and implement improved inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper receiving and put-away processes.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or higher education are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Must follow all safety guidelines and correctly utilize PPE.
