Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a warehouse setting. A commitment to safety, including the correct use of PPE, is paramount. Knowledge of logistics workflows is highly beneficial.
