We are looking for motivated and energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Provo, Utah! As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time, contributing directly to our success in the competitive e-commerce logistics landscape. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various tools and technologies to fulfill orders accurately. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace, providing all necessary training, including comprehensive guidelines on Safety and the correct use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Process orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Label and stage orders for carrier pickup.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Properly use all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Understand the importance of efficient logistics in meeting customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Familiarity with Safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
