We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for our busy logistics hub in Baltimore, Maryland. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and store a variety of materials and products within the warehouse. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, supporting receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations. A strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices is essential. Your ability to navigate tight spaces, stack loads accurately, and maintain a high level of operational awareness will be critical to your success. Compliance with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. This position involves significant physical demands beyond operating the forklift, including potential for lifting and manual handling of goods. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with a proven track record in forklift operation. A valid forklift certification is required. Training will be provided on our specific warehouse layout, inventory systems, and advanced logistics protocols.
