Job Summary:
Our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our growing logistics team. This role is fundamental to the efficient movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inventory. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will engage in various operational duties, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves consistent lifting, standing, and moving throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities:
  • Perform various warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting procedures.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Support overall logistics operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent physical exertion, including lifting up to 55 pounds.
  • Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and procedures.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
