We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our Houston, Texas team. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Safety is paramount; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of PPE is strictly required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space and equipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Load outgoing shipments onto transport vehicles.
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational targets.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or stock discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to procedures.
