We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse upkeep. This is a vital position within our logistics network, ensuring that products are handled with care and accuracy from receipt to shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming inventory.
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Stocking shelves and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Performing regular checks on inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhering to all company safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving processes as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics operations.
- Following all instructions for proper handling and storage of goods.
