We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and maintaining high standards of quality. You will work within a fast-paced logistics environment, handling a variety of products and contributing directly to the success of our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Receiving and stocking incoming inventory, verifying counts and quality.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conducting inventory counts and checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Adhering to all company safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving processes as needed.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Participating in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge in warehouse operations and safety.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
