Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick products for orders using scanners and order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage and load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
- Assist other departments within the warehouse to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely.
- Familiarity with basic safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
