This role is fundamental to maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and assisting with put-away and replenishment processes. Your accuracy and diligence will directly impact our inventory management efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, methodical, and possesses strong data entry skills. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with the put-away of received goods and stock rotation.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, reporting variances.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Identify damaged or expired stock and process accordingly.
  • Support the receiving and shipping departments as needed.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are properly documented.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives related to inventory control.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, particularly with WMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the use of PPE.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical ability to perform some warehouse tasks including occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
