Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing modern warehouse equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be key to maintaining our high standards. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Assist with shipping and loading of outbound freight.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
