Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using scanning technology.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following proper training and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to Safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
