Join our dynamic logistics team as a Picker/Packer in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring our customers receive their products efficiently and correctly. You will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify order accuracy before and after packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory control.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
