The job requires physical capability, including the ability to perform consistent Lifting and to remain active throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage in tasks requiring regular Lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety principles and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is a plus.
