Seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. This position is key to ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping items, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding our high standards of safety and operational efficiency within the logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all logistics and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Be mindful of Lifting requirements and apply proper techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification preferred).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and logistics principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
