Our expanding logistics operation in Provo, Utah, is searching for a skilled Warehouse Coordinator. This vital role oversees the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, supervising staff, and maintaining optimal warehouse conditions. The ideal candidate has proven experience in warehouse management, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics best practices. This is a key position that requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. We are committed to providing a secure work environment and expect all employees to strictly follow safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Oversee inventory control and stock management.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and shipments.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination or management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
