Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, sort, and store incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stage products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
- Follow all established procedures and guidelines for warehouse operations and logistics.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times to ensure personal safety.
- Be prepared for consistent lifting requirements, often exceeding 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
