Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, sort, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Stage products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to safety standards.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
  • Follow all established procedures and guidelines for warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times to ensure personal safety.
  • Be prepared for consistent lifting requirements, often exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
  • Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
