Become a key player in our fulfillment operations in Durham, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, directly contributing to our e-commerce success and logistics efficiency. You will be involved in picking items from inventory, meticulously packing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are dispatched correctly and on schedule. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order details and fulfillment tickets.
- Inspect picked items for quality assurance and accuracy.
- Package orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label and stage orders for shipment according to procedures.
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment workspace.
- Utilize warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and scanners effectively.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and consistently wear mandated PPE.
- Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform tasks involving consistent lifting and movement of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively in a high-volume environment.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and use PPE.
