In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse shelves and packing them securely for shipment. Precision and efficiency are key as you navigate the warehouse, locate items using order sheets or RF scanners, and prepare them for dispatch. This position is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will work with a variety of products, requiring careful handling and attention to detail. Compliance with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is strictly enforced. This role involves a significant amount of physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, and moderate to heavy lifting. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team is essential. Training will be provided on our specific picking and packing procedures and our advanced logistics software. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also part of your responsibilities.
