Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Washington, D.C., and become an integral part of our efficient logistics network. This position is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched promptly. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including receiving inventory, accurately picking items from stock, carefully packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential. You'll utilize technology like RF scanners and our warehouse management system to optimize your workflow. We emphasize a safe working environment, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE, is expected. This role involves frequent physical activity, including significant Lifting, and requires stamina and dexterity. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order details.
  • Inspect items for quality and pack them securely for shipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Participate in regular inventory control activities.
  • Strictly follow all company safety guidelines and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and smooth operations.
  • Perform duties involving regular Lifting of packages up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly desirable. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting and moving of items. Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. Ability to operate scanning equipment and basic computer systems. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. A demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
