Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and verification.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed and trained.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Follow all safe lifting guidelines and request assistance for heavy items.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals and deadlines within the logistics framework.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed by supervisors.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Team-oriented with positive communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
