This role involves physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, and regular lifting of materials up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick items accurately based on order requests.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics team.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of and adherence to workplace safety rules, including PPE usage.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
