We emphasize a safe and productive work environment, providing all necessary training and ensuring compliance with safety standards, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Understanding and executing tasks safely is a top priority. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves regular lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating equipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for orders using scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform other assigned duties to support the logistics team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
