Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
  • Stock and organize products on shelves and in designated areas.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards and wear required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliability and a strong commitment to punctuality.
  • Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear mandated PPE.
