Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for experienced and safety-conscious individuals to manage the movement of materials within our warehouse and distribution center. This role is essential to our logistics operations, requiring proficiency in operating forklifts and maintaining efficient material flow. Responsibilities:
  • Operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Transporting materials to and from designated storage areas, production lines, and shipping/receiving docks.
  • Conducting daily inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure safe operation and reporting any issues immediately.
  • Storing materials in racks, shelves, or designated areas, ensuring proper placement and inventory accuracy.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring securement of cargo.
  • Adhering strictly to all safety regulations, including site-specific procedures and the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Performing routine checks on inventory levels and assisting with cycle counts.
  • Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment within our logistics facility.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational targets.
  • Following all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and equipment usage.
Candidates must possess a valid forklift operator certification and a minimum of one year of recent experience.
