Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload deliveries from various transportation providers.
- Thoroughly inspect all incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately record received items into the company's inventory system.
- Tag, label, and prepare goods for storage or further processing.
- Organize and maintain the receiving area, ensuring it is clean and safe.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address any receiving-related issues.
- Uphold all company Safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a receiving, inventory, or warehouse role preferred.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Understanding of general logistics and inventory control practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dedication to following Safety regulations and best practices.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
