This role allows you to make a meaningful and lasting impact on data quality, integrity and responsible use, by leveraging your expertise in data governance, risk management and regulatory environments.
Your role
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the Bank’s data governance, management and value‑creation strategy by integrating data risk considerations from the design stage
- Propose strategic and operational directions to enhance data governance practices, including required capabilities, tools and management frameworks
- Support the implementation of data governance roadmaps and oversee activities related to data stewardship, access, usage and data quality
- Develop and recommend policies, standards and procedures governing data risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Assess the organization’s data risk posture and contribute to monitoring indicators, dashboards and reports for senior management and governance bodies
- Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, influencing decisions and supporting the management of data risks within the organization’s risk appetite
Within the Data Risk Compliance sector, you will be part of a large, multidisciplinary team and report to a senior leadership group committed to partnership and influence. The team stands out for its expertise, collaborative mindset and strategic role with business lines and governance committees.

Prerequisites
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in a relevant field and have approximately seven years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate strong experience in data governance and in managing risks related to data usage
- Have contributed to large‑scale data transformation or data governance initiatives
- Possess experience in internal audit, external audit or regulatory compliance within an advisory role supporting senior leadership
- Show solid knowledge of the financial industry’s regulatory environment and standards
