Role Mission

Your mission is to build a strategic and sustainable talent pipeline by implementing targeted research and sourcing strategies. You will develop authentic, close-knit relationships with these talents-understanding their ambitions, drivers, and career trajectory-to ensure proactive and highly personalized nurturing.

You will also play a key role in elevating the A+ employer brand, positioning it as an obvious career destination by showcasing our integrated method, participative leadership, and culture designed to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.

  • Build and maintain discipline-specific talent pools, fostering highly personalized relationships to understand their aspirations and keep them meaningfully connected to A+.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle-from job posting to hiring-including prescreening, structured interviews, and recommendations, with rigorous use of our ATS.

  • Maintain an active watch on the construction market to ensure our competitiveness.

  • Represent A+ at employer branding initiatives, networking events, and professional communities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy CRM automation journeys that enhance engagement and nurture prospective candidates.

  • Work closely with the Talent team to support recruitment efforts and continuously improve the candidate experience as well as our tools and processes.

Job requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in recruiting for professional roles;

  • Degree in psychology, career counseling, HR, or a related field;

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, with a genuine interest in people;

  • Strong interest in consultative sales;

  • Excellent judgment, autonomy, perseverance, and a high standard of excellence;

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or design: a strong asset.
