Step into an established service line with significant demand, modern facilities, and two da Vinci robotic systems (Xi and DV5). The practice offers predictable operating room access (one full robotic block + one general/elective block weekly, plus shared overflow), integrated Epic electronic health record, and Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) for ambient documentation. You will collaborate with a seasoned team of advanced practice providers and nurses, supported by a physician-led, not-for-profit health system. Flexible scheduling (including four-day clinical workweeks) and optional academic involvement allow you to tailor your professional path while making an immediate impact on access and outcomes.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join a comprehensive urology practice with subspecialty care (endourology, urologic oncology, andrology, and robotic/minimally invasive surgery), with room to grow interests.
• Significant market need with 700+ active referrals awaiting care.
• Two da Vinci platforms (Xi and DV5) , 24/7 anesthesia coverage, APP surgical assistance, and robust postoperative support.
• Predictable access: one full robotic OR block + one full general/elective OR block weekly, plus shared block for overflow.
• Epic system-wide; DAX ambient documentation to streamline notes.
• Flexible schedule with four-day clinical workweeks; 36 patient-facing hours + 4 administrative hours weekly.
• Collaborative team: currently 1 FTE Urologist, 1 long-term locum, 4 APPs , and dedicated inpatient APP coverage.
• Shared call with employed providers; target 1 weekday night/week and 1 weekend/month once fully staffed (stipend eligible).
• $900,000 + earning potential with wRVU incentives; salary review at 2 years (or 3 years for visa-sponsored hires).
• Additional incentives considered case-by-case: retention bonuses, loan repayment, relocation assistance; comprehensive benefits including 403(b)/457(b) and $4,000 CME .
