We are looking for Salesforce Omnistudio Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing speech-to-text and text-to-speech solutions using Salesforce’s Oministudio technology. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of voice user interfaces and a passion for creating intuitive, conversational experiences.
Here is how you will be involved
• Develop and maintain Oministudio based voice applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide seamless user experiences
• Collaboration with product managers, Ux designers, and other developers to understand project specifications and deliver appropriate technical solutions
• Create and customize voice interaction models, intents, entities, and dialog flows using Omnistudio
• Integrate voice applications with Salesforce objects, external APIs, and other systems as needed
• Program unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of voice applications
• Contribute to the overall improvement of our voice interface capabilities and stay undated on the latest trends and best practices in conversational Ai
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as required
Your experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong focus on Oministudio and voice user interfaces
• In depth knowledge of Salesforce Oministudio, including interaction models, intents, entities, and dialog flows
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform, Apex, and Visualforce
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational design principles
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Omnistudio
• Experience with other conversational AI platforms and tools, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles
